Published in conjunction with Fattal's 2024 solo exhibition metaphorS, Secession, Vienna, this publication includes an interview with Cecilia Alemani. A series of black-and-white photographs captures an intimate, spontaneous mood, and each work includes an insert with a reproduction of a new collage by Simone Fattal. Inspired by the proximity of her exhibition at the Secession to Gustav Klimt's Beethoven Frieze at Secession, she has produced a series of collages and drawings on Ludwig van Beethoven and the reception of his work.
